I am a surgical oncologist/general surgeon practicing in the Thousand Oaks area. My primary clinical focus is in breast disease and skin cancer, with particular interest in early detection and prevention of cancer. I graduated Summa cum laude with a degree in Biology from the University of California, Irvine in 1984. I then received my medical degree from Harvard in 1988.
Subsequently, I completed my surgery and oncology training at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.  I then spent over thirteen years at UCLA in the Breast Center and the Oncology Clinic, before starting my own private practice.  I am married and have two children. In my free time, I volunteer at my church in the Care, Support and Recovery Ministry.”
